Welcome to our new studio blog! Thanks for stopping by! This is the place to see sneak peeks at my latest sessions. I am loacted in Cary, NC at I specialize in photographing maternity, newborns, babies and children. I also photograph lots of teenagers and high school seniors. The studio is located in Ashworth Village in Downtown Cary at 200 South Academy Street.
This is also the place to find out studio news and updated scheduling information. I will be posting about upcoming limited edition sessions, mini-sessions and other fun stuff. Sometimes I even need a model or two to try out some great new backdrops or props! I will be adding images of any new products that we will be offering like beautiful new albums, storybooks and portrait treatments.

This little guy is super cute! I just wanted to take him home with me. He was so happy and gave us big gummy smiles. He could have posed for me all day long. I can’t wait to see him again for his first birthday!
I had the joy of photographing this cute little girl back in the fall! I photographed her big brother at the same age about 2 years ago. He has grown so much and is a cutie, too!
I am catching up on session from the fall still! Here is a great one with a beautiful family from Wilson. These two kids were super easy and fun to photograph. Even the little guy was a complete angel! We had a beautiful yet somewhat cloudy morning if I remember correctly. What a joy it is to have such great clients!
Here is another newborn session from the fall. This little girl was so sweet! Her big sister was a joy to photograph, too! She was so cooperative even though her life had just been invaded by a new baby. What a lovely family!
After photographing this brother and sister pair, I was wondering where I went wrong? My kids aren’t nearly as nice to each other as these two were! It is always a nice break for me to photograph older kids. I always enjoy myself and love photographing kids who sit still and stay in the spot where you put them! These guys were fun and they are beautiful, too!
This little guy was such an angel! He was very easy to photograph. Mom and dad are so in love with their new baby boy. He is a firstborn and a first grandbaby, too! A very proud grandma came to the session and I must say that she is far too young to be a grandma! ;)
So, I already missed a day blogging yesterday! But I am back at it today with some images of a beautiful newborn session from the fall. This sweet little girl was such a good baby! Her brother and sister were so exicted to hold her and have her picture taken with her. What a lovely family…
Happy New Year! It has been a long time since I posted. The fall is always so crazy that there never seems to be enough time to post images from my favorite sessions. So, I am going to catch up in January. I am committing to posting one session per day for the entire month of January! Do you think I can do it?
First I am posting images from a great session with my assistant Noel’s family. She has three beautiful daughters. We did some images outside the studio and then some in the studio. We had a great time! Here are some of my favorites…
I had a really good time photographing this high school senior and his sister! We did some images in the studio, then walked around dowtown Cary for a different look. They have some good looking genes in this family!
I have had the pleasure of photographing this family twice in the last couple of months. First we had a session to get a family portrait and then we just did an 18 month session for their sweet little girl. They are a beautiful family and their two little ones are just precious!

How utterly beautiful is this session and that little “man” there! Gorgeous. Those first few shots are just my favorite. Oh my he’s precious. Your lighting in your photography studio is second to none. The soft color is just perfect for him and his age. I know his parents are thrilled with your work and their session with you!!
